Iasmim Welter

Iasmim Welter currently serves as a Community Manager at Yours Bank since March 2023. In addition, Iasmim has been involved with FIRST since December 2020, holding multiple mentoring roles, including directing team activities and strategic planning for the First Robotics Competition team TecRobot #9166 and preparing the First Lego League team CoalaBots for the regional tournament in Rio Grande do Sul. Iasmim's responsibilities have included managing innovation projects, core values, and marketing efforts. Previous contributions to the TecRobot #9166 team have involved marketing, outreach, and business management, along with organizing projects in collaboration with society and industries. Iasmim completed a high school diploma at Escola SESI José Pedro Fernando Piovan and a technical secondary education diploma in Mechanical Drawing with an emphasis on CAD at SENAI/RS.
