Ionela Glanzmann

Ionela Glanzmann is an enthusiastic Product Manager who currently serves as a Product Area Manager at SAP Field Service Management, where they focus on In-App extensibility and innovative product solutions. Previously, Ionela held roles as a Product Leader and Product Specialist at SAP, leading teams in enhancing FSM extensibility and configuration capabilities. Ionela began their career as a QC Engineer at Yonder and later worked as a QA Engineer and PMO at Coresystems AG. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics and a Master's degree in E-Business from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
