Jasper Chong is currently the Global Head of Customer Success Services for SAP Business Network, a position held since 2022. Previously, Jasper served as the Global Vice President of Network Services at SAP and held various leadership roles at SAP Ariba from 2011 to 2015, including Vice President of Transformation & Adoption. Prior to their tenure at SAP, Jasper worked as a Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard in 2006 and as a Senior Account Manager at Sitel from 1998 to 2005.
