Jay Kotecha is currently the Head of Preferred Success Delivery for EMEA & MEE at SAP, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Consulting for MENA at SAP Ariba from 2019 to 2025, and held various roles at Basware from 2017 to 2018, including Release Manager and Project Manager. Prior to that, Jay worked as an Implementation Manager at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. from 2012 to 2013 and as a Technical Consultant at Bottomline Technologies from 2005 to 2007. Jay holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Systems from De Montfort University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
