Jennifer Propsom has over two decades of experience in customer engagement and strategic marketing. Jennifer began her career as a Research Assistant at General Growth Properties and later served as a Business Analyst at Target. Jennifer advanced to the role of Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Account Director for the Western Region at Insignia Systems before joining SAP SuccessFactors as a Customer Engagement Executive. After a tenure at SAP Customer Experience in a similar role, Jennifer currently holds the position of Cloud Ambassador in the Chief Customer Office at SAP. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Olaf College in 1996.
