Jens Bager

Jens Bager has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector, previously serving as Regional Director for Workday in Denmark, Norway, and Iceland. They led the SAP SuccessFactors team in the Nordic and Baltic regions to exceed financial targets from 2016 to 2022 and currently acts as Chief Revenue Officer for Cloud ERP at SAP, where they achieved market recognition as the Unit of the Year in EMEA for 2022 and 2023. Jens has also held various positions in sales and marketing, including roles at Scribona Solutions and as an advisory board member for several companies. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA from Henley Management College and are actively pursuing additional certifications in governance and business education.
