Jim Chen

Jim Chen is an Innovation Principal and Solutions Architect with extensive experience in enabling business transformations through technology and innovation. They began their career as a SAP Basis Administrator at IBM from 1998 to 2000 before joining SAP America, where they served as a Solutions Engineer and Technology Consultant from 2000 to 2007. Since 2007, Jim has been working as a Demo Solutions Architect at SAP America. They completed their education at the University of Washington, attending from 1995 to 1998.
