Jing Lin has acquired diverse professional experiences, starting with an internship at BASF in 2020 focused on the Next Generation Business Architecture project. Previously, Jing managed customer relations as a barista at Café Botanik from 2017 to 2020 and served as an interpreter during the Canton Fair in 2014. Jing furthered skills in user assistance as a working student with SAP from December 2020 to March 2021, contributing to S/4HANA Q2C and later serving as a UX Design Fellow and User Assistance Developer for SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP. Academically, Jing holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Sun Yat-Sen University, a Master of Arts in Transcultural Studies from Heidelberg University, and has participated in various exchange programs, including an Erasmus program at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
