Joel Day

Joel Day is a Governance Director and Learning and Development expert with over two decades of experience. Previously, they managed learning and development at AMD, where they consulted with senior leaders and led a global financial transformation program. At Dell, they held various roles, including Manufacturing Operations Leader and Six Sigma Area Champion, implementing training programs for large teams. Currently, Joel serves as the Success Factors Learning Business Owner and Governance Manager at SAP, overseeing the internal Learning Management System and developing governance policies. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Development from St. Edward's University.
