Joeri Mertens

Joeri Mertens is a Supplier Manager at Ariba since April 2013, where responsibilities include enabling suppliers on various e-Invoicing projects and advising them on process changes to maximize benefits from using the Ariba platform. Prior to Ariba, Joeri held roles as a Co-Recruiter at Accenture from August 2011 to April 2013, focusing on recruitment processes for Unilever and improving IT access compliance, and completed an internship at Acordes, Universidad de Cuenca, working on a project for integrating handicapped individuals into local policy making in Ecuador. Currently, Joeri serves as a Supplier Enablement Lead at SAP, responsible for enabling suppliers on SAP Fieldglass, following the acquisition of Fieldglass by SAP. Joeri completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at KU Leuven and furthered studies with a Master's degree at Jyväskylän yliopisto.
