John Hickey

John Hickey has extensive legal experience, beginning as a Legal Intern at SmithKline Beecham Corporation from 1992 to 1993, followed by roles as an Associate at Murphy & Carmen (1993-1994) and Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin (1994-1999). John transitioned to SAP in November 1999, serving as Senior Corporate Counsel until December 2008, focusing on commercial disputes and litigation for SAP America and its subsidiaries. John currently holds the position of Director of Commercial Litigation at SAP, a role assumed in January 2009, overseeing commercial disputes and litigation for SAP SE and its affiliates. Educationally, John earned a JD from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Camden, a BA in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University, and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Additionally, prior experience includes serving as a Financial Aid Counselor at Widener University and a Contract Specialist at the U.S. Navy Aviation Supply Office from 1987 to 1992.
