John Mattam

John Mattam is currently the Engineering Quality Director at SAP, where they oversee quality governance for software development programs and ensure transparency in quality and compliance to senior management. Prior to this role, John led the Program Management Office at SAP Customer Experience, harmonizing processes for over 300 members across more than 10 programs that significantly contributed to the business unit's revenue. John has also held positions at Motorola, GE Energy, and SAP Labs, focusing on quality management and product strategy. They hold a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Concordia University.
