Johnny Bai

Johnny Bai is a Regional Manager at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, specializing in the Private Cloud Customer Center for the APAC region. Prior to this role, Johnny served as Supervisor of SAP Basis at Panasonic, overseeing multiple implementations and system operations in the Greater China region. With over eight years of hands-on experience in SAP technology, Johnny has managed critical go-live operations and customer engagements throughout their career. Johnny holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and has previously participated in a short-term exchange program at The University of Tokushima.
