Johnny Miranda is a Global Customer Success leader currently serving as the Global Head of Cloud ERP Customer Onboarding at SAP, where they lead a team focused on enhancing customer experience throughout digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience, Johnny has held various roles at SAP, including Senior Principal Customer Success Manager and Customer Engagement Executive, where they played a pivotal role in strategic customer management and the successful implementation of cloud solutions. Previously, they worked in project coordination and continuous improvement consulting at Bacalhau Riberalves and Portugal Telecom. Johnny holds multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as Aerospace Engineering, from Instituto Superior Técnico.
