Jonathan Baylon

Jonathan Baylon is an actuarial and risk manager with over 18 years of experience. They served as a Senior Actuary at AXA from 2007 to 2013 and later became Actuarial Coordinator at Prudential Financial, where they led the implementation of Solvency II and managed the actuarial teams. As the Chief Risk Officer at Prudential of Mexico, they improved solvency ratio stability significantly. Currently, Jonathan works at SAP as the Regional Risk Manager for the Americas, where they facilitate enterprise risk management and strategic analyses. They hold a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
