Jonathan Freeland is currently the Regional Vice President for Customer Engagement at SAP's Business Technology Platform, overseeing the EMEA region. They have extensive experience in the analytics and customer success sectors, having held various leadership roles at SAP since 2014, including Vice President of BTP Customer Success and Analytics & Insight Director.
