José Gaspar

José Gaspar is a Customer Success Partner with extensive experience in logistics, quality assurance, and enterprise risk services. They began their professional journey at Volkswagen Autoeuropa in 2011 as a trainee in logistics and quality assurance, before advancing to roles at Deloitte Portugal and JAPG Vitivinicultura e Serviços Lda. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at SAP, where they served as a Business Processes Consultant for Logistics and later as a Specialist Customer Success Partner. José holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied from 2003 to 2014.
