Joseph Mitchell

Joseph Mitchell is an Assistant General Counsel at SAP, where they provide legal counsel across the United States and manage attorneys. They negotiate a variety of agreements, handle pre-litigation matters, and address compliance issues, all while supporting SAP’s procurement and teaching initiatives. In addition to their role at SAP, Joseph serves as an Adjunct Professor at John Marshall Law School. They hold a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a JD from John Marshall Law School, and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Alabama. Prior to their current position, Joseph worked as a Law Firm Associate Attorney at Blaska & Associates, where they managed trial work and client counsel.
