Katrin Polloczek has extensive experience at SAP since December 2003, serving in various roles that emphasize user experience and product management. As the Area Product Owner for SAP Fiori elements, Katrin shapes the product direction to enhance customer UX journeys via a template-based approach for SAP applications. In the role of Product Owner for SAP Screen Personas, Katrin supports customers in transitioning to SAP S/4HANA. Katrin also engages with customers in innovation topics for Quote-to-Cash within SAP S/4HANA and manages design-driven projects to align SAP's UX strategy with customer needs.
