Kien Pham

Kien Pham currently serves as the Employee & Ecosystem Manager at SAP, where responsibilities include establishing and executing SAP Labs Vietnam within the global SAP Labs Network. Prior experience includes co-leading staffing and development initiatives for Product & Engineering at McKinsey & Company, along with spearheading tech recruiting across Southeast Asia and building a global tech delivery hub in Vietnam. Kien Pham also worked as a Senior Consultant at Robert Walters, focusing on senior recruitment in various industrial sectors, and in roles at Punos Mobile Ltd, where Kien contributed to digitizing sales processes for SMB clients, and at Image Soft Oy, conducting market entry analyses for emerging markets. Kien Pham holds a certification in Computer Science from CS50 and a MicroMasters in Digital Leadership from Boston University.
