Ladislav Kucera is currently the Human Resources Director for SAP in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They previously held leadership positions at various organizations, including serving as Managing Director at Hays for the Czech Republic and Romania, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at both Radisson BLU Alcron and InterContinental Hotels Group. Kucera also chaired the HR Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic from 2017 to 2023. They began their career after earning a degree in Hospitality from Quincy College.
