Lana Turner is a Senior Quality Specialist and Indigenous Ally Network Co-lead at SAP, with a strong background in quality assurance and technical support. Previously, Lana held various positions from Product Support to Senior Support at Sybase Software, and worked as Quality Specialist and User Assistance Developer at SAP. Additionally, Lana served as Supervisor, Tier 2 at MD Physician Services Inc, and led a QA team while managing customer support at ChangeIt®. Lana graduated from Mohawk College with a degree in Computer Systems Technology, Programming & Systems Design and is currently pursuing further education at Wilfrid Laurier University.
