Lars Bastian

Lars Bastian currently serves as the Global Head of GTM Strategy & Transformation at SAP, a position held since February 2018, where responsibilities include designing go-to-market strategies and key transformational programs while directly supporting GTM-focused board members. Previously, Lars held various senior roles at SAP, including Global Vice President of Revenue and GTM Strategy and Head of Strategy for South East Asia, contributing to growth and transformation initiatives in the region. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Managing Director Germany and as an external consultant at Pivigo and The Boston Consulting Group. Lars holds multiple MBA degrees from Esade, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and Yonsei University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Cooperative State University Mannheim.
