Laura Bernstein, Ed.D., MBA, GPHR, has a diverse background in leadership and transformation within various organizations. Laura's recent role at SAP SuccessFactors included serving as North America Lead in the Chief Customer Office, focusing on accelerating customer journeys to the Cloud. Laura also held positions as VP & Global Head of SuccessFactors HCM Services Strategy & Portfolio and Transformation Advisor, where responsibilities included developing strategies and ensuring value through adoption and optimization. Previous experiences include leadership roles at VisionPoint, where business transformation and digital media training commercialization were key, as well as various positions in human resources and organizational development at DuPont Sustainable Solutions, Delta Corporate Services, and The Dow Chemical Company. Laura holds multiple degrees from Drake University and Saginaw Valley State University, encompassing areas such as Adult Learning Organizational Performance and Computer Information Systems. Currently, Laura serves as Head of Indirect Customer Success Management for North America at SAP, leading initiatives to enhance customer success with SAP technologies.
