Leila Romane

Leila Romane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at SAP and IBM. Currently serving as the UKI Chief Operating Officer, Leila also holds the position of Head of HXM at SAP SuccessFactors EMEA North and previously led SuccessFactors UKI. At IBM, Leila held various roles, including Cloud and Cognitive Sales Manager, London and South Sales Leader for the Software Group, and Information Management Sales Manager. Leila's educational background includes studies at the University of Derby from 1998 to 2000 and Solihull College from 1995 to 1997.
