Lesley Roper

Lesley Roper has over a decade of experience in consulting, having held various roles across prominent companies. At Deloitte Consulting, Lesley served as an SAP HCM Consultant from April 2007 to December 2010. Subsequently, Lesley worked for /N SPRO from February 2016 to November 2018 as a Service Manager for Compensation and SuccessFactors/SAP Consultant. Most recently, Lesley was a Principal Consultant, as well as a Senior Business Processes Consultant at SAP, from April 2023 to March 2023. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
