Liad Shiri has held various leadership positions in technology and operations, including roles at SAP from April 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included VP of Data & AI DevOps, VP of Customer Data Solutions DevOps, and COO of Customer Data Cloud. Prior to SAP, Liad served as VP of Information Technology and Senior Director of IT and Operations at Gigya from January 2014 to January 2018, following a tenure at LivePerson as Group Leader of Production Operations and Team Leader for Network & Security from January 2008 to December 2013. Early career experience includes positions as a System Engineer at Bynet and a Network Engineer and Support Center Manager at Bezeq. Liad holds an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Management and Computer Science from The Open University.
