Liz Moran

Liz Moran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and people development. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management and People Development at SAP since June 2025, Liz previously held the position of Vice President- Global Talent Management at Expedia Group from September 2022 to June 2025. Prior to that, Liz served in several key roles at AstraZeneca, including Global Head of Talent and Senior Director of Talent, Development, and Inclusion, from September 2014 to August 2022. Liz's career also includes significant contributions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where roles spanned from Director of Global Employee Engagement to Human Resources Generalist between 2005 and 2014, as well as an early position in Benefits at Urban Outfitters. Liz Moran holds an MBA from PennWest Clarion and has a degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
