Lori Ann Guy

Lori Ann Guy possesses extensive experience in customer delivery, engagement, and program management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery & Engagement for the West Region at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services since November 2014, Lori Ann has held multiple titles within SAP, including Program Manager and Principal Service Delivery Manager. Previous professional roles include Engagement Manager at Clarabridge, Director of Digital Experience at George P Johnson, and various managerial positions at InXpo, Unisfair, Siemens Communications, Applied Materials, Mars, Inc., and Corning. Lori Ann holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from Spelman College, complemented by executive education programs from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Management Leadership for Tomorrow Career Advancement Program.
