Lori Dawson is a seasoned talent management and organizational development leader with extensive experience in designing and implementing talent strategies across various industries. Currently, as the Executive Director of Talent and Succession at SAP, Lori is responsible for leading efforts in talent identification and development. Previously, they served as Senior Director at TIAA and held positions at NuVasive, Chevron, Novartis, and PepsiCo, where they successfully managed talent programs and drove significant organizational change. Lori holds a B.S. in Human Development from the University of Arizona and is pursuing an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington.
