Lucy Obus

Lucy Obus is a User Experience Research Lead with extensive experience across various organizations, including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, IBM, and Canteen Labs. Lucy began their career at Students of Georgetown, Inc. and held significant roles in user experience research and strategy, notably at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Currently, they lead the UX ARC Program at SAP, focusing on identifying user experience improvements and innovations. Lucy is also pursuing dual degrees in American Studies and Communication, Culture & Technology at Georgetown University.
