Manuel Berning

Manuel Berning is a Development Expert at SAP, where they leverage their extensive background in data science, neurobiology, and machine learning. They completed their PhD in Biology, graduating summa cum laude from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München in 2017, and have previously worked as a developer at h.a.l.m. elektronik GmbH, utilizing deep learning for image defect detection. Prior to that, Manuel was a PhD student at both the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research and the MPI of Neurobiology, where they focused on innovative data analysis techniques and machine learning applications in neuroscience.
