Marc Mattson

Marc Mattson is an accomplished instructional designer and learning experience expert with extensive experience across multiple organizations. At Rasmussen University, Marc developed engaging online courses and designed the institution's first online speech class. As a Learning and Development Specialist at Panduit, Marc created professional development courses and a Change Management program. During a lengthy tenure at McGraw Hill Higher Education, Marc served as a Digital Development Editor, producing supportive learning media and significantly reducing costs through innovative content organization. Currently, as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at SAP, Marc leads a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement to produce industry-leading online learning programs. Marc holds a Master’s degree in English from Saint Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Film Communications from Columbia College Chicago.
