Marcel Frey

Marcel Frey has extensive experience in IT and network engineering, currently serving as a Solution Expert at SAP since October 2018. Prior to this role, Marcel held the position of Regional Manager and Senior Network Engineer at HS Network Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a team of 27 employees and maintaining datacenter network infrastructure across multiple locations. Marcel's earlier career includes a Network Engineer role at DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson, focusing on Cisco network design and high availability environments, as well as experience as a Systems Engineer during the merger of Mathys Medical Ltd. and Synthes Switzerland. Marcel began as an Apprentice at Ascom Business Systems AG, gaining a diverse skill set across various telecommunications departments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a Federal Certificate of Competence as an Electronics Technician from Ascom Business Systems AG.
