Mark Forkan

Senior Customer Success Partner

Mark Forkan has a robust background in business information systems with a Bachelor of Science degree obtained from the National University of Ireland, Galway, from 2013 to 2017. At SAP, from June 2020 to May 2025, Mark served as an HCM Service Delivery Engineer (CoE) and Business Process Consultant, taking on responsibilities as a service lead for HCM and S4 HANA, as well as a global escalation DEA consultant. Mark also held roles as a Cloud Support Engineer, Senior Customer Success Partner, and Technical Quality Manager focused on S4/HANA. Prior to SAP, Mark gained experience as a System Administrator Intern at Planet in 2016 and as a Junior Enterprise Service Delivery Specialist at Fintrax Group Holdings in late 2017.
