Mark Kusma has had a diverse career in technology and management, beginning as a Systems Programmer at Commonwealth Telephone Company and later at TropWorld Casino. They served as a Systems Consultant at MetLife before transitioning to Sybase, where they held various roles including Principal Tech Support Engineer and Director of Product Support. After their time at AKZO Nobel and Polarsolft Ltd, they advanced to SAP, serving as Global Functional Manager and then Global Functional Director before assuming the current position of Senior Director of Support Readiness. Additionally, from 2016 to 2019, Mark was the Executive Director for the Pa Lions Hearing Research Foundation. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix between 1980 and 1984.
