Martina Bednar

Martina Bednar is a versatile professional with extensive experience in project management, business process optimization, and IT solution architectures. Since 2021, they have served as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Out@Work Slovensko, leading diverse initiatives to promote inclusivity. Additionally, Martina has been a Deputy Team Lead at SAP since 2016, where they organize team initiatives and foster a supportive environment for team members. They also lead LGBTI+ inclusion activities for SAP in Austria and Slovakia, advocating for positive workplace initiatives.
