Mathias Sondermann

Mathias Sondermann serves as the Senior Director of Events and Head of the Global Events Center of Excellence at SAP since February 2008. In this strategic role, Mathias drives innovation for over 3,000 global events, both virtual and in-person, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous positions at SAP include leading a 40-person team responsible for major Tier 1 events and managing strategic programs with a skilled expert team. Before joining SAP, Mathias held event management roles at SAS Institute Inc. and max.sense Live Marketing, as well as project management positions at ConTeam Marketing Communication, primarily within the automotive sector. Mathias holds a diploma in English, French, and Economics from a language and business school.
