Prior to that, Matthew worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Business Analyst, implementing processes that enhanced forecasting accuracy. Matthew began their career as a teacher at Woodlands School, where they valued the importance of clear communication in education. They earned a BA(Hons) in Finance with Business from Bournemouth University and have demonstrated a commitment to social causes by participating in fundraising activities.
