Matthew Steiner

Matthew Steiner is a seasoned legal and compliance leader with extensive experience in ethics and compliance, software licensing, trademarks, and data privacy. Presently, they serve as the VP and Global Compliance Officer at SAP, where they oversee compliance matters related to mergers and acquisitions and manage a global ethics and compliance team. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel at SuccessFactors, Senior Counsel at Vertafore, and positions at Fenwick and West, where they gained a diverse background in intellectual property and litigation.
