Maxim Kustarov

Maxim Kustarov is the current Director for Business Development in Uzbekistan at SAP CEE. They previously held various leadership positions, including Partner Business Manager RCIS at SAP, where they managed partner relations in multiple countries and executed sales strategies. Maxim also served as Director for Regional Development at ООО "БФТ," overseeing IT project implementations across 27 regions in the Russian Federation. Their early career included roles as Head of Sales Department at COMSI-AST and Head of Department at Servistrend-ITS. Maxim earned an Engineer's degree in Hydraulic Engineering from the Moscow State Academy of Water Transport.
