Maya El sayed

Maya El Sayed has extensive experience in customer engagement, safety planning, and enterprise resource planning within the airline and procurement sectors. Beginning a career at Etihad Airways in November 2002, Maya progressed to a Contract and Warranty Officer role, where responsibilities included the implementation of new contract templates and the merging of contract departments. Subsequently, as a Subject Matter Expert in the Synergy-ERP Transformation Plan, Maya supported the development of new business processes with PWC and internal stakeholders. Maya further enhanced skills as a Business Process Consultant at SAP Ariba, focusing on supplier management, sourcing, and contract management modules, and currently serves as Program Director at SAP. Maya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Lebanese University.
