Michael Bain has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Global VP for the Business Technology Platform - Customer Success at SAP since March 2010, where leadership is provided to the Customer Success Team for HANA Cloud Platform. Prior to this role, significant positions were held at IBM, including Global Director and Sales Director from January 2006 to March 2010, as well as various roles at IBM Canada from 1995 to 2005. Earlier experience includes a Sales Representative role at Information Builders from 1991 to 1995.
