Michael Kraus

Michael Kraus is the Global Managing Partner at SAP, where they lead initiatives aimed at transformative growth while fostering a customer-centric approach within the organization. With a robust background in sales transformation, Michael has successfully managed projects and teams to ensure that global customers receive exceptional service. Prior to their current role, Michael served in various capacities, including Head of Consulting in France at IDS Scheer and Head of IT Services at Al-Bilad Arabia. They hold a Master of Science degree from Middlesex University and a Diplom/Master from Universität Hohenheim.
