Michael Monahan

Michael Monahan is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director for design services at SAP since October 2010, where a focus on customer-centric assets supports large sales opportunities through Design Thinking techniques. Previously, Michael held roles such as Design Manager and Senior User Experience Designer at SAP, contributing to innovative design solutions for the North America region. Before joining SAP, Michael worked as a Multimedia Design Contractor, a Computer Technical Instructor, and provided emergency medical services as an EMT and firefighter. Michael's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Media and Technology from Villanova University, along with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Delaware County Community College.
