Michela Terlicher

Michela Terlicher is the Total Rewards Head of the MEE Region at SAP, bringing over 30 years of expertise in Compensation and Benefits, along with Payroll and Administration. Michela's extensive career began at FAG Italia, where they served as HR Manager, transitioning from the IT department and gaining valuable experience in employee relations and national security responsibilities. At SAP, Michela has held various roles, including EMEA HR Total Reward Partner, managing multiple aspects of HR for Italy, Greece, and Cyprus, and overseeing bonus calculations and equity plan management. Currently, Michela continues to lead initiatives in total rewards across the MEE region while pursuing their high school diploma.
