Michele Gioffre Smith is the Chief of Staff for North America Marketing at SAP, where they drive operational and organizational excellence while fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders. With over 23 years of experience across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors, Michele has established themselves as a strategic planner and effective communicator. Previously, they served as an Adviser to the Vice President at The White House and have held leadership roles at the United States Senate and Cassidy & Associates. Michele's expertise includes developing and executing comprehensive operational and messaging strategies, as well as managing major events and initiatives. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at the University of Delaware.
