Michelle Otun is a seasoned SAP FICO certified professional with over 20 years of experience in back office accounting, finance, and tax within multinational organizations across various sectors, including oil and gas, FMCG, and banking. They held various accounting roles at Chevron from 1990 to 1998, served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, and went on to become a Global SAP Consultant at Deutsche Bank and a Global SAP Finance Analyst at BP. From 2011 to 2017, Michelle was the Global Process Owner for Finance and Taxation at SABMiller, where they designed global processes for tax and finance operations. Currently, they are the Methodology Lead for S/4HANA Cloud at SAP and have a passion for mentoring young adults regarding their career paths.
