Mike Swain

Mike Swain has a diverse background in the fields of user assistance, marketing, and film festival organization. They worked at SAP for several years, holding various roles including Senior User Assistance Developer and UA Lead, where they contributed to the development of documentation for SAP S/4HANA. Prior to that, Mike was the founder and managing partner of kino-zeit.de, where they oversaw significant traffic growth and social media engagement from 2002 to 2017. They began their career in the film industry as an organizational leader at the International Film Festival Mannheim-Heidelberg and have held several marketing roles, including Marketing Director for Europe at Skyva International. Mike earned a degree in German Studies from Universität Mannheim from 1984 to 1992.
