Mike Theaker is a strategic HR technology and HR transformation consultant with over 25 years of experience in enhancing business performance through HR transformation and effective HR technology use. They previously served as Partner and Global Leader of HR Effectiveness at Mercer, where they managed a team of 140 consultants. Since 2021, Mike has held the position of Global Head of the HXM Strategy & Innovation Office at SAP, leading efforts to transform HR functions and maximize technology investments. Mike holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of East London and an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster.
